How much does a design cost?
The price for a layout 2d plan and a series of CGI photorealistic images (day and night scenes), depend on the size of the garden and the client requirements. Prices for a London garden start at £2500 plus VAT. The design comes with free modifications so if it is required, our designers will amend the plan until you are happy with the result.

DO I NEED A SITE SURVEY?
Yes, you will need a comprehensive site survey. This forms the basis of the design and the rough cost for a London garden can be between £400 to £1000 depending on the size of the site. We can arrange this for you.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
There's a cost of £ 250 plus vat for an initial site consultation. Our head designer and master builder will visit you on site and discuss your project in detail. This cost is then offset from the design fee should you wish to work with us.
